Preserving Our Beautiful Stained Glass Windows

The beautiful stained glass windows in our sanctuary have set the stage for our worship experience for 100 years.  The two nearest the front of the sanctuary were installed in 1913.  The cost of each window was $1,000 and were made by the Albert Glass Company of Louisville, predecessor of the Architectural Art Glass Company that is currently restoring the windows as part of the MACC Centennial Celebration.  Today we welcomed Mr Kenneth Von Roenn, President of the Architectural Glass Art, Inc. who offered the history of stained glass and the significant meaning of the windows to our congregation.
